Uses alkaline solutions such as MDEA as absorbents to realize acid gas transfer through sufficient gas-liquid contact, and removes hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide at the same time.

Technical Parameters:

Processing Capacity: 1,000 Nm³/h ~ 500,000 Nm³/h

Operating Pressure: 0.5 ~ 15 MPa

Purification Index: H2S < 4 ppm, CO2< 50 ppm 

Process Adaptation Schemes:

Low CO2 Type H2S Removal: Select ordinary MDEA system, with supporting once-through sulfur recovery unit (SRU)

High CO2Type H2S Removal: Adopt proprietary amine formula, matched with split-flow SRU process

Pure CO2 Removal (no H2S working condition): Use activated amine system

Technical Features: Can flexibly adopt process combinations such as lean solution/semi-lean solution absorption, pressure reduction flash evaporation or thermal stripping to adapt to different working conditions, and is matched with Claus sulfur recovery technology.
